We have been looking at what we could do to improve the service we give to our customers. We have chosen to install a 9 Station enclosing machine that cycles at 15,000 packs per hour. Which means realistically we can enclose 10,000 C5 or DL packs per hour, or 150,000 packs per day on this machine. Along with our three other enclosing machines it now means we have capacity to enclose over 200,000 packs per day.
We also have an 8 station Jumbo enclosing machine so we can do a lot of work mechanically rather than by hand.

We now have three Océ SRA3 digital printers. Two of the machines can print 3600 A4 pages in full colour per hour. The maximum sheet size for these machines is SRA3 and upto 350gsm material.
Our mono machine is capable of 6600 A4 pages per hour printed black only. All machines have the latest RIP technology so can process fully personalised mono/colour work very quickly. The quality is great with very good solids and the blacks are very dense and the colour reproduction fantastic.

A new product to RnB in the last year is tabbing. We can seal mat products with a perforated circular clear disc. We can do this as amachine that will seal approximately 10,000 products per hour. When sealed they can be inkjetted and mailed out with out the need of an envelope or polythene making quite a few projects viable.
