Ryan is RnB’s IT and Data Processing mastermind.  Ryan designed RnB’s IT infrastructure from the ground up to incorporate not only leading edge technology for Data Processing but to allow seamless integration of Direct Mail projects and services.

Ryan’s main role at RnB is to liaise with customers and manage their campaigns.  He also gets involved with data processing, IT, MIS and special projects.

Ryan set up our highly talented Data Processing Department, making sure the data services we offer continue to outclass our industry rivals, underlining RnB’s commitment to quality service at all times.

Bob Rhodes
Director

Bob has a wealth of experience in direct mail & print having worked on both the client side of the business and the supplier side, being Production Manager of an agency and MD of a direct mail house.

Having managed print and direct mail campaigns for over 20 years, Bob has both the technical knowledge and the contacts to ensure that things happen efficiently and cost effectively.

If its advice on formats or any of the various aspects of direct mail you are looking for, then he can always give you an answer that will benefit you, from VAT issues regarding direct mail packs to the best postage solution for your mailing.

John Beal
Data Processing Manager

John is RnB's data specialist, overseeing every data job that goes through the system.  Mailsort, Walksort, Dedupe, Merge, Stack and Split are key words in John's vocabulary.

As data work is often the first step of a campaign, it's crucial to have someone like John on board to make sure all procedures are followed and data checks carried out.

John Hollis
Production Manager

John is responsible for overseeing the jobs that pass through the system.  Once a job is signed off, it goes into production and into John's hands.

John has implemented serveral procedures and checks to ensure strict quality control is adhered to. 

From organising staff to managing machine maintenence, John is on hand to make sure production runs smoothly.

Kealey Kubas
Machine Enclosing Manager

Kealey has had vast experience with machine enclosing equipment and brought this with her when she started with RnB on day one.

A hard worker and supervisor, Kealey is an important part of the production team.  Kealey works closely with John Hollis, our Production Manager, to organise the work on RnB's ever expanding enclosing lines.

Bob Metcalf
Laser & Inkjet Operator/Web Designer

Bob's main role at RnB is to produce the thouands and thousands of letters and other mail pieces that pass through our laser department.

RnB's laser printers produce up to 20,000 A4's per hour and it's Bob's job to make sure they are well serviced and maintained.

Bob is also webmaster of the RnB website.  As RnB expand into web design, Bob will play a key role in the future of this new department.

Jon Johnson
Laser & Inkjet Operator

Jon is our Inkjet specialist, master of producing up to 25,000 inkjet items per hour.

Jon's hard work and "get the job done" attitude means your campaigns leave us on time and to our high quality standards.
