RnB are looking to add an IT Executive or Data Processing Manager to their growing data department.  The role involves processing customer data for mailings, setting documents for lasering/inkjetting and managing daily/weekly/monthly regular jobs as well as ad-hoc mailings.

You will be responsible for managing your time to ensure the daily production list is completed, liaising with the Production Manager to ensure schedules are met.

Experience in Microsoft Access would be an advantage, as well as experience of the following software products:

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• MatchIT Data Processing Software

Knowledge of Konica Minolta, HP cut-sheet laser printers would be an advantage.  Experience of continuous laser printing would also be significantly advantageous.

The job would also involve setting artwork for digital/litho print.  Any experience in this area would also be an advantage.
